Responsibilities include administrative and operational management and process facilitation functions within multiple supporting teams.
Manages user access system logistics and coordination for new hires while serving as main point of contact for operational activities. This also includes off boarding and other access requests.
Develops and administers systems for managing information, tracking operations and communications.
Serves as the internal project manager for all new access and change processes working with multiple technology and non-technology teams.
Administers and tracks SLAs for new requests and encourages teams to meet at least 90% SLA requirements.
Supports problem-solves and provides counsel to requesters and/or team members with operational issues. This may involve research and establish process where no precedent exists.

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the PIM system post-implementation, making necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to PIM systems and implementation.
