Product Manager
Job Title: Senior Product Manager Job Description We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and driving product innovations that align with customer needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex product initiatives, collaborating across teams, and delivering exceptional products that have a measurable impact. Responsibilities + Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineering, design, and sales through Quarterly Business Reviews of assigned product portfolio. + Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with the company's overall revenue and margin goals and are driven by market demands. + Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify new and creative opportunities and areas for product enhancement. + Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners to elevate the product strategy. + Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives. + Prioritize features and requirements based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility. + Create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and roadmaps to guide development teams. + Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies, positioning, and post-launch performance analysis. Ensure products are launched correctly and on schedule. + Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development. + Act as the product expert and point of contact for internal stakeholders, answering questions and providing insights into product features and benefits. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr. 8 hours of floating holiday, 32 hours of personal time, and 120 hours of vacation.Benefit offerings include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401k and/or Roth match 100% up to 5%, and vested day one.Flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Milwaukee,WI.
