Develop key performance indicators to measure progress and optimize strategic and operational plans. Lead the development and delivery of specific promotional tactics and tools. Lead performance and strategic reviews with cross functional team and leadership to optimize the brands strategy, key tactics and execution and drive performance for assigned brands. Provide ongoing analysis/conclusions of market forces that have potential to impact business and action plans to address near-term opportunities and threats. Lead business meetings with internal partners and roll-out of tactical initiatives. Initiate and manage business reviews and market research to uncover insights and opportunities enabling optimal execution of the brands strategy, and address performance challenges timely and effectively. Effectively manage financial forecasts and ensure demand forecasts are up to date with planning assumptions. Manage A&P budget to ensure brand spending is on target. Develop effective working relationship with Global counterparts to ensure local alignment to Global strategies and plans, share best practices and continuously seek to learn and improve local business plans. Contribute to innovative tactics, programs and processes to grow the business. Share knowledge and best practices across therapy and functional areas and teams. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 3-5 years of commercial experience. Experience working with third party vendors and agreements. Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, committed, invested in the business. The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with the need to manage constant change. Thinks ahead to be ready for change, re-plans quickly, deals with high levels of ambiguity. Ability to build relationships quickly and credibly and effectively work and contribute in a team-based environment. Experience of working within a complex, matrixed environment. Excellent communication, customer engagement skills and presentation skills. Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Skills in tracking the return on investment of various projects/initiatives (ROI). Demonstrated time & project management skills. Ability to lead without authority, motivate & influence peers and others. Strength in challenging both self and the status quo. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance training.
