Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Product Manager for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a chat bot implementation for a well-known consumer credit card. You will be working for a prestigious global financial institution within a Platform Services division dedicated to co-branded consumer credit cards.
You will join their Product Management organization focused on CRM, Dispute Management Systems, Phone Systems, and Chat. You will tackle a variety of exciting challenges on the roadmap, some with established solutions and others ripe for strategic input from discovery.
The new chat platform is currently midway through implementation. In partnership with another Product Manager on the team, you will pick up a work stream to successfully complete the implementation of this chat platform. This involves everything from requirements to UAT testing how data flows through the platform.
The goal of this project is to increase the volume and success of cardholders self-servicing issues and customer service inquiries through the chat platform (chat containment) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, there is ample opportunity to integrate Gen-AI into the platform for improvement and new capabilities, making this a great opportunity for someone interested in Gen-AI work.

Skills and Requirements
- 4-5 years of end-to-end Product Management experience, owning product and feature development
- Experience implementing chat platforms and/or managing chat bot products
- Self-starter with a passion for improving product and customer experiences - Financial Services industry experience
- Credit Card domain experience
- Background in AI and Linguistics
- CRM Product experience
- Contact Management Center experience
- Integration experience with Apple Messaging null
