Actual pay rate dependent upon experience._ $94,640.00 - $141,960.00 **Position Highlights** The Ancillary Product Manager will be responsible to 1) develop and execute tactical plans to grow the ancillary product portfolio and monitor and report on product performance; 2) Maintain vendor oversight and business integration; and 3) evaluate new ancillary vendor relationships for all lines of business (Medicare, Group, Individual). **You Belong at Avera** **Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Accountable for execution and support of product line and product portfolio delivering results to meet or exceed business targets and will report on product performance to stakeholders. The Insurance Product Manager will coordinate with departments to identify potential product defects or customer suggestions. The Insurance Product Manager will be responsible for completing market research to evaluate competitor products, customer and market needs. **What you will do** + Understand industry landscape and market research to gain insights for product and customer needs. + Partners with cross functional team to define, develop and deliver differentiated customer experiences. + Accountable for execution and support of product line and product portfolio delivering results to meet or exceed business targets and reports on product performance to stakeholders. + Utilizes Product Lifecycle Management approach and supports post-launch activities to realize the values outlines in the business cases and to identify future market opportunities. + Encourages adaptability informed by emerging solutions, industry trends and changing customer needs. + Defines scalable products solutions by deep knowledge of internal and external customers habits. + Responsible for ensuring all State and Federal product filing needs and deadlines are met. + Supports for vendor management and involvement in ensuring operational fixes and/or administrative issues are handled, policy and procedure development, implementation support, involvement in product training content, change management, business requirement development, product pricing, development of product performance tools, and product pricing as appropriate. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
