Position Summary
The Product Management department leads the development, launch, and lifecycle of products by aligning customer needs with business objectives while ensuring technical feasibility and profitability through cross-functional collaboration.
The Product Manager – Interior & Exterior is responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and success of interior and exterior products. This role ensures that products meet customer needs, align with the company's goals, and deliver measurable value. The Product Manager is accountable for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within established deadlines and budgets. Combining market trend expertise with strong project management skills, the Product Manager coordinates with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact results and provide actionable insights through data-driven metrics. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy, Development, and Sales Enablement Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights. Create and manage product roadmaps to guide development and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to define product requirements and deliverables. Provide sales enablement support by developing tools, training, and resources that empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value and drive customer adoption. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
Project Management Lead project teams by training team members, managing workloads, and ensuring schedules and deadlines are met. Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee project budgets. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across all channels. Present ideas, strategies, and deliverables to internal and external teams while communicating product strategies and budget insights to senior leaders. Position Requirements

Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of three years of product management experience in a manufacturing environment. Project Management Certification is a plus.
Technical Skills Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. Proficient in analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated expertise in project management. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with the following tools and software: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, BI – intermediate proficiency) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets – intermediate proficiency) Google Analytics – intermediate proficiency Monday.com (project management software) Physical Requirements
