**Job Summary and Qualifications**
+ Overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (i.e., discovery, planning, design, delivery, and ongoing maintenance/support)
+ Operationalizing activities related to the development of new products, features, or functionality including developing business requirements, product requirements, and roadmaps as well as facilitating user experience (UX) research, quarterly planning, and product implementation
+ Leading the team’s agile scrum processes
+ Define and manage the team’s product support processes
+ Following a proof of concept, minimum viable product pilot approach prior to scaling a solution enterprise-wide, including making and testing hypotheses along the way
+ Following product management best practices, such as facilitating story mapping exercises, writing user stories, working with others to develop user personas and perform user research, working with others to create wireframes/mock-ups/prototypes, etc.
+ Prioritizing delivery of the highest value solutions to customers and the organization
+ Actively lead and manage our product support activities
+ Define and document product support best practices that can be leveraged by other teams
+ Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business and technical stakeholders
+ Working with business and technical teams to ensure development/delivery of high-quality products
+ Establishing annual and/or quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) to define measurable goals and outcome tracking
+ Ensuring clarity throughout the product lifecycle with respect to OKRs, requirements, priorities, etc.
+ Ensuring visibility of current product priorities as well as future plans (roadmaps and backlogs)
+ Proactively identifying and removing blockers hindering advancement of product delivery/support & proactively planning next steps/goals in response to new learnings or other changes
+ Communicating risks/issues and rationale for delays to key stakeholders as needed; Recommending risk/issue mitigation strategies
+ Measuring and communicating value delivery and utilization targets
+ Staying attuned to healthcare industry risks and trends as well as the roadmaps/direction of key business partners and technical/enabling teams to ensure consideration within the product strategy
+ Ensuring compliance with Information Protection & Security (IPS) standards, enterprise standard processes, and applicable laws and regulations
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in a product support role preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in related field required
