Title: Product Manager - Allylics/Aromatics
Location:  Houston, TX 

Salary: $116,000 - $169,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available 

Focus: The Product Manager for Allylics and Aromatics is responsible for driving the P&L for Allyl Chlorine, Epichlorohydrin, Phenol and Acetone. 

Product Manager Essential Job Functions:

Supports the execution of marketing strategies, price management, and contract strategies by working closely with the sales account manager and business management team.Conducts constant market research to understand market trends and pricing direction, overseeing supply and demand to facilitate the business planning process, and coordination of the profit and loss forecasting.Collaborates closely with finance, planning, legal and sales team within Olin to maximize earnings, generate accurate sales forecast, and lead contract and price strategies.Drives operational improvements and fostering cooperation between customers, planning and manufacturing teams.Acts as primary interface between Epoxy business and manufacturing including productivity opportunities, maximizing the value of current and future sales agreements.Works in close alignment with the global marketing, sales and planning teams to set global customer strategies and maximize upstream asset profitability.  Product Manager Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree* in Business Administration, Marketing, Basic Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's Degree* preferredMinimum of 5 years of related experience. Commodity Chemicals and/or Manufacturing experience preferredKnowledge and/or experience with customer base preferredStrong math aptitude, problem solving, and verbal/written communication skillsStrong analytical skills with experience in presentation and report design/deliveryWilling and able to travel up to 15% of the timeMust possess a valid US driver's licensePrior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
