Product Manager - Analytics

  Develop and implement quantitative software applications to process and analyze real-time financial market data in a high-performance computing environment
•   Maintain and optimize existing software applications, and recommend and implement improvements
•   Responsibilities:
•   Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with the company's goals and market demands.
•   Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition to identify new product opportunities.
•   Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's vision, features, and timeline.
•   Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and define product requirements.
•   Prioritization: Prioritize features and product enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
•   Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
•   Product Development: Drive the product development process, including defining product specifications, creating prototypes, and managing the product development lifecycle.
•   Launch and Adoption: Plan and execute product launches, develop marketing strategies, and monitor product adoption and success metrics.
•   Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance and user feedback, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements and iterations.
•   Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and decisions to stakeholders, executives, and the broader team.
•   Qualifications:
•   Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management or related roles, with a track record of successfully delivering products to market.
•   Business and Market Understanding: Solid understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and customer needs in the relevant industry.
•   Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into a clear product strategy.

•   Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant technologies, software development methodologies, and product development processes.

•   Write technical specifications, project plans, and technical documentation; translate business requirements into functional specifications and project plans
•   Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
•   Testing and deploying programs and systems
•   Fixing and improving existing software
•   Design and delivery of API-based e2e Networks automation platform 
•   Responsible for developing  and establishing the automatic regression tests that will support Airtel self organizing networks implementations 
•   Automation of test scripts and assist in validating of scenarios You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging solutions, provide workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions
•   Responsible for developing scientific methods, processes, and systems to extract knowledge or insights to drive the future of applied analytics in Networks.
•   Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies.
•   Assess the effectiveness of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
•   Use predictive modeling to enhance Network experience customer experiences, revenue generation and other business outcomes. 
•   Must be able to communicate effectively and have detailed knowledge of data preparation and cleaning, algorithm selection & design, results analysis, industrialization.
•   Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes for projects so implementation can be done without delays.
•   Work with partners as necessary to integrate systems and data quickly and effectively, regardless of technical challenges or business environments
•   Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.

Qualifications and Skills:
•   Excellent technical skills and coding experience in OO languages (C++/ Python/Scala/Spark/Java, Java scripting ), ability to write stable, maintainable, and reusable code.
•   Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as: MySQL and mongo DB.
•   Good understanding with RESTful APIs.
•   Understanding in Statistics, e.g., hypothesis formulation, hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and data exploration.
•   Understanding in Machine Learning, e.g., linear/logistics regression discriminant analysis, boosting /bagging etc .
•   Ambition to learn and implement current state of the art machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and Spark.
•   Familiarity with Linux/OS X command line, version control software (git).
•   Programming or scripting to enable ETL development
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Electronics , Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT
