Job Responsibilities:

Leading requirement/design calls with Business Lines, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and TOS dev team to understand scope of change and impacts. Documenting the requirements and approvals in the respective stories in JIRA Groom user stories in JIRA Research/design enhancements from a technical aspect Ensure that the data is tracked and reportable

Required Skills/Experience:

Normal soft skills Strong data/analytical mind This person must be a self-motivated driver Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Experience as a leader in a scrum team

Nice to have:

Doc management experience SQL experience (SQL Manager is the tool I use) Postman or other tools to execute APIs to investigate/research data (from Casandra no SQL db) Finance, insurance, government, or other heavily regulated areas. MSP Above the glass and below the glass web experience
