Job Description:

We're seeking a product manager to help insurance carriers and contractors get more value from their data through our technology platforms and products. In this role, you will work with Snowflake, Power BI, AI, and cloud technologies to solve industry challenges. You will collaborate with our teams to develop analytics solutions that make a real difference for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Help develop and maintain product roadmaps that use data and AI technologies to meet customer needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients to understand their data needs, gather feedback, and turn their challenges into solutions.

Product Development: Maintain the product backlog with clear priorities and requirements. Help turn strategic goals into actionable development items.

Data Solutions: Support the development of business intelligence solutions, including reports and dashboards for insurance and restoration customers.

Analytics Innovation: Contribute to improving our data platform strategy using Snowflake, Power BI, and cloud technologies. Help test new concepts and gather customer feedback.

Job Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or related technical role

Experience contributing to B2B product delivery

Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools

Ability to communicate product ideas clearly

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Experience giving product demos or presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake or Power BI

Experience with SQL for data retrieval, analysis, and testing

Interest in insurance industry solutions

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts

Experience working in agile teams

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

Core Competencies

Understanding of product development processes

Effective communication with different audiences

Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills

Ability to gather and document requirements

Team collaboration and coordination

Annual Pay Range:

76,700 - 92,000 USD
