Product Manager - Cybersecurity

As a Product Delivery Manager in Cybersecurity and Technology Controls, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. As a Product Manager on the Cyber Technology Control Management (TCM) product team, you will be pivotal in setting the strategy for business-aligned cyber organizations, including Data Loss Prevention, Global Tech Insider Threat, and Technology Resiliency across the firm. The TCM product is designed to manage and monitor control technology assets and processes within an organization. The Product Manager will deliver solutions that enable the organization to understand and mitigate the risks of the most common and severe external threats, to continuously assess exposure, and evaluate the effectiveness of layered controls. The focus of this role is to lead the development of a consolidated controls and threat intelligence data platform to improve risk analysis, assess control failures, identify gaps, and enhance control maturity. This includes improved mapping of attack paths and implementing control enhancements. **Job responsibilities** + Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination + Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements + Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners + Develops and maintains multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that clearly represents objectives and key results, deliverables, dependencies & benefits. + Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap + Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition + Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability + Assist in leading complex and firm wide scale product developments that work across business partners. + Ensure integration with key product domains including Security Assurance, Cyber Intelligence, Data Analysis, Cloud, Global Regulatory and Compliance, Training and Assessments, Vulnerability Management and SIEM. + Assists in developing and maintaining multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that clearly represents key deliverables, dependencies & benefits.. + Aligns audit & regulatory commitments to products. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area + Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities + Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes + Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies + Technical or product management experience in Cyber Technology to include one or more of the following areas: Threat, 3rd Party & Fraud Intelligence, Assessments - Malware & Security Research, Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM) and/or Vulnerability Management. + Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames. + Ability to provide product management artifacts and deliverables such as roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation. Help bring to life the product organization construct. + Ability to analyze threat landscape and develop programs to enhance overarching product risk posture + Ability to provide program and project leadership across multiple teams to illustrate strategy is reducing risk and meets needs of JPMC customers.
