Product Manager- Data Agg/BI

Broadridge is hiring!  We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Fi360 Product team!  You will play a key role in bringing our product vision and strategy to life in the form of results, managing the product roadmap, and working across functional teams (sales, service, operations, technology, legal, marketing).  The role requires significant technology, client interaction and touch points with industry organizations and clients.  You will have the decision making authority over the development and director of our Data Aggregation and Business Intelligence products.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data Agg/Bi product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Scope, solution, and coordinate the development of features that promote scalable growth and automation.

Develop and maintain a product management process, from product discovery to launch.

Conduct requirements gathering, while continuously identifying and driving improvements to products in development or in production, ensuring that Fi360 solutions best support the needs of existing customers and drive value to new customers

Support go-to-market activities to drive revenue growth and user acquisition by introducing of new features, instructing product marketing, and supporting sales efforts as a product SME.

Serve as the agile Product Owner for our Data development, responsible for the following broad categories of work; Investment data processing, provider data file transformations (ETLs), enterprise investment scoring systems and BI infrastructure and automations.

Serve as main escalation point for any data related support inquires that cannot be answered by the support team.

Collaborate with other product managers in Broadridge to find synergies across Fi360, Data & Analytics, Wealth and other relevant business units.

QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the financial services or fintech industries

Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft SQL Server or other similar databases and business intelligence solutions. 

Practitioner level of understanding of product management framework and best practices

Experience in productizing concepts into profitable product offerings

Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies with proven track record of delivering projects or gathering requirements in this context

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven team leadership, project management, and group facilitation skills

Detail-oriented and possess excellent oral, written, and organizational skills

Has a strong can-do attitude and can build relationships with stakeholders both horizontally and vertically across the organization

Available to travel as appropriate (10% or less of time)
