Product Manager, Finance Management Reporting 

Position Overview 

This is a Product Management role reporting to Group Product Manager in the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization.  

The Data Products & Insights product domain's mission is to enable and empower key Autodesk functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, People & People experience through actionable insights, automation, self-service, and scalable data capabilities. 

Autodesk is seeking a Data Product Manager with experience in enterprise data platforms or enterprise data and insights to join the Data Products & Insights product domain. This role will support and manage financial products as part of finance and management reporting.

This position will be in the West Coast.

Responsibilities 

Drive the vision and strategy for financial products in furthering company goals and objectives. Partner closely with Eng and drive the delivery of roadmap commitments, being responsible for landing impact  Define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for your product group aligned to our goals, prioritizing the most important problems that will drive the biggest impact for Autodesk Develop and define comprehensive PRDs & success metrics. Define OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed business impact. Lead through uncertainty with proactive anticipation and mitigation of risks, managing partners, and guiding the team towards vision that you've defined. Ensure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practices. 

Minimum Qualifications 

5+ years of product management experience, including delivery of entire products from start to finish3+ years managing data platform related products (data processing, data warehousing, data ingestion, API design)2+ years of product management experience in finance domain (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax)Proven ability supporting analytics teams and data science teams (a must )Ability to partner with senior technical leaders from Engineering, while going deep on technical concepts.Track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams common to enterprise software industry (field engineering, sales, marketing, partnerships, etc.)Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product usage)Excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders (engineers, customers, etc.) in written and verbal formComputer Science degree or Software Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with developing processes and tools to improve data productivity, quality and automating/optimizing data workflows.Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees a plus. Experiencing working with Machine Learning models

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,800 and $182,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
