What is the Opportunity?

Digital Implementation Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will be responsible for product management, digital implementation readiness overshight and working closely with functional partners delivering the seamless digital implementation client experience   

What will you do?

The Product Manager will actively partner with the appropriate stakeholders to enable solutions for frictionless digital implementations and execute delivery of those solutions

Support the Product Strategy & Execution for US Cash Management Implementations in partnership with Product, Technology and other cross functional partnersPartners closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams; core payments, sales, engineers, scrum teams to effectively drive forward and support the digital implementtion experience.Translates business needs into requirements and drive them through delivery and deploymentActs as the voice of the user in product design, gathering direct feedback from customers on our future digital implementtion user experiencePartner with stakeholder throughout the development lifecycle to ensure implementation deliverables are met Develop implementation process manuals and conduct internal user trainings as requiredPropose and implement innovations in optimizing end to end journeys 

What do you need to succeed?

3-5 years of product management experience in cash management business building client facing tools and systems for client host to host technical integrations and product implementationsStrong executions skillsAbility to operate in a fluid, rapidly changing environmentStrong Product Management background, experience in agile environments, understanding of technical concepts and strong business acumen Strong command of digitizing Implementation processes for enterprise clientele (companies, not individuals)Experience in helping craft user experience flows in tandem with backend processes/platforms  Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder management, ability to collaborate closely across our cross-functional team to bring the voice of the customer/represent the business needs/requirements to them Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resourcesMust be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance; independent producer who delivers and validate high-quality end-to-end digital solutions Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking; digital banking productsJOB CAN BE LOCATED IN TORONTO OR JERSEY CITY, NJ

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $125,000 $140,000 (US SALARY RANGE) depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.  This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
