As a Product Manager - Digital Mergers & Acquisitions and Advisory - Senior Associate in Global Investment Banking Digital, you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Job responsibilities
Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleProvides clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wireframes, product requirements, and other materials as needed to facilitate UX design and developmentWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Develops knowledge of Investment Banking, particularly Mergers & Acquisitions, and engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product offerings meet their expectationsGains a detailed understanding of the end-to-end user journey and deal life cycle, and be accountable for building solutions that transform and enhance these user journeysCollaborates with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to build solutions that meet business needs, ensuring adaptability and scalability across regionsUnderstands the data ecosystem within Global Banking and identify dependencies and integration points to enable a seamless platform experience for usersBuilds a deep understanding of advanced analytics and AI capabilities that can be incorporated into product solutions to enhance and accelerate user value
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Previous experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyTrack record of Product management experience including backlog management, writing user stories, communicating product requirements to engineers A customer-centric mindset and experience building and delivering greenfield products end to endStrong problem solver and effective communicator with a partnership mindset and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and executive leadershipAbility to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels for effective execution in an agile mannerUnderstanding of common design tools like Figma and the ability to communicate low fidelity ideas using them
