Product Manager - Disputes
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join a large payments client on a 12 month contract hybrid in NYC, Dallas, or Delaware 2 days a week in office. The successful candidates will be joining an external client project focusing on mobile payment disputes and will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new features and capabilities in the Disputes domain by using a data-driven approach. Previous experience working as a product manager in the financial industry, writing user stories, and documenting processes is essential to succeed in this role. Skills and Requirements - 5-6 years experience in Product Management for large organizations and experience owning a product roadmap - Credit card domain or other payment products experience - Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability paired with meticulous attention to writing and communicating detailed requirements and product specifications - Strong communication skills to articulate and align requirements across a wide spectrum of stakeholders and developers - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, SQL - Bachelors or Masters degree (U.S. or equivalent) - Previous banking experience in disputes charges null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
