What you will be doing
We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for solving customer problems, collaborating with Data Science (DS) teams, delivering data-driven insights, and finding opportunities in ambiguity to join our journey of digital transformation.
As a Product Manager on the Customer Promise team, you will dive deep into customer and business challenges, leverage data to uncover opportunities, and define product solutions that drive impact. You will work closely with DS teams to build, test, and optimize machine learning models, while partnering across teams to deliver innovative and practical solutions. Your ability to analyze data and communicate insights through compelling visualizations will play a critical role in shaping the future of our demand and labor planning platforms. This role requires a team player with a high capacity to work in ambiguity, uncover opportunities, and lead with clarity and confidence.

The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA or Dallas, TX.
Main responsibilities
Customer-Focused Problem Solving: Dive deep to understand customer and business needs, uncover pain points, and define product features that address those challenges. Collaboration with Data Science Teams: Partner with DS teams to optimize demand planning and labor management models, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Data Visualization and Insights: Analyze complex datasets, create actionable insights, and present findings using data visualization tools to influence decision-making. Cross-Team Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support project deliverables, align roadmaps, and maximize business impact. Strategic Road mapping: Develop and maintain a feature roadmap informed by customer needs, data insights, and business priorities. Operate in Ambiguity: Navigate areas of uncertainty, identify opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Operational Responsibilities: Writing user stories as a part of the product development lifecycle that: directly support primary objectives of the project are appropriate in size for iterative development include clear and specific acceptance criteria consider dependencies on other stories and/or projects & initiatives
The salary range is $110,000.00 to $143,000.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
What we are searching for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Management Consulting. Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and SQL. Experience creating impactful data visualizations to support insights and decision-making. Experience collaborating with Data Science teams to develop and optimize models. Proven ability to find opportunities and deliver results in ambiguous environments.We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
Exposure to demand planning and/or labor planning systems. Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience. Exceptional ability to operate as a team player and build strong relationships across teams. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively. Passionate about solving customer problems and delivering great products.
