What We’re Looking for on Your Resume

\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n1-2 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in tech/software.\nOwner’s mentality with adaptability and problem-solving mindset.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with B2B customers and a track record of exceptional customer service.\nExperience with frontline or omnichannel experience management is beneficial.\n\n
