Job DescriptionEngaging with Users on a regular basis and collect insightsSpecifying and prioritizing user and market requirementsFacilitate relevant research studies and concept screenersDetermines the customer and system requirements (CRS, SRS)Analyzing internal and external data and identify gaps and opportunities (product / business)Create relevant communication content for product launches (incl. go to market)Manage current product portfolio requirements (pricing, new products, ALR, competition, complexity, cost reduction, ...)Utilize UX and design thinking concepts to develop new products and services in line with overall strategic goalsTranslate ENG concepts into prototypes for iterative testing with UsersCommunicate product application and features know how to expertise areas in an understandable wayPrioritize which tasks within in the projects and adhere to the processes (PIF)Creates sustainable value in its segment in order to achieve TNS, EBIT, quality targets
