Product Manager II, Network Growth

Our mission to deliver honest financial products that improve lives extends beyond borders. Consumers across the globe need safe, transparent financing. Our retail partners need Affirm to be there for them, wherever that might be. To help achieve this vision, we are expanding our product lines and becoming a global company.

The Key + Enterprise team is part of Affirm’s Network Growth team, responsible for growing Affirm’s presence & performance on the largest merchants across the globe.

As a Product Manager on the Key + Enterprise team, you will work with Affirm’s largest merchant partners to drive growth in our shared programs. You’ll help define product strategy and lead execution to deepen our integrations, create new features, and identify new scalable opportunities for growth.

In this role, you will work closely with a broad set of cross functional teams across the entire business, as well as a number of engineering teams. Effective stakeholder management and ability to successfully navigate organizational dynamics are a must for success. You should be commercially minded, be high agency with a bias towards action, and comfortable having technical conversations (and opinions).

What You'll Do

Drive execution on our Key + Enterprise roadmap in partnership with our largest merchant customers

Drive success metrics by shipping high impact work that meaningfully moves the needle for Affirm’s business and customers

Partner effectively with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization

Collaborate with stakeholders (such as Revenue, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud, etc) to shape your product roadmap and incorporate legal, governance & regulatory oversight into your products

Understand Affirm's users and our Key + Enterprise customers at a deep level -- what’s important to them, what drives their decision making, why they love Affirm, and what they wish we could do better

Identify and create the experiences that make it seamless for merchants to deliver an incredible buy now, pay later experience to consumers

What We Look For

This isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve directly managed technical software products from kick-off to post-launch – driving meaningful business impact that you can speak to

This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

You’re equally comfortable diving into technical details with an engineer, iterating on a Figma with a designer, and breaking down a funnel with a data analyst

You’ve built products for Enterprise customers before – you understand the complexities of navigating a large corporation’s decision making process, are comfortable presenting to external stakeholders, and know how and when to push back on requests

You have the discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics – you have specific examples of times when you’ve secured a decision from a broad group of senior stakeholders

You’ve worked in an environment where you were reliant on engineering teams outside of your direct purview and were able to effectively influence them to prioritize and build what you needed for your product

You’re the kind of person who cares about getting things done. You have a bias towards action and can effectively navigate obstacles and blockers

You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan

You have direct experience shipping high-quality products on time

You feel comfortable jumping into the commercial aspects of product development – you’re able to pitch, contribute to negotiations, and give feedback on contracts

Bonus points: experience in Fintech, Lending, eCommerce, or BNPL
