This is a new, fast-growing platform within Uber, operating like a startup, and driven by a passionate, entrepreneurial team. Our goal is to connect businesses with high-quality, cost-effective knowledge work services — such as data labeling, annotation, AI training, and translation — through a seamless marketplace. After initial success, we’re now scaling globally and looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us build the next generation of tools and technologies that power this growth. As a Product Manager on the KWM team, you’ll play a key role in scaling Supply Tech solutions (e.g., onboarding, matching, pricing, user engagement, quality and support) for our marketplace. You’ll drive the development of advanced applications that enhance the experience for both knowledge workers and clients, ensuring that we deliver industry-leading quality, speed, and cost. Your success will come from a deep understanding of Uber’s operations, creative problem-solving, and a strong ability to align macro technology trends with our product roadmap. Own the product vision and roadmap for building innovative solutions that power the experience for knowledge workers on the Uber platform. 2. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, product ops, and designers to define clear objectives and deliver results that exceed goals. 3. Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, global operations teams, and product leaders, to ensure that our products align with Uber’s broader business strategy and scale effectively worldwide. 4. Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement in the marketplace. 5. Define and prioritize key product initiatives that support the growth of Uber's knowledge work platform, from ideation to execution. **What You'll Need:** 1. Thinking from first principles: You don't assume things or take the status quo for granted. You base your solutions on data, product instinct, curiosity and a hypothesis + experimentation driven approach. 2. Experience delivering highly successful and creative technology products/platform in marketplace space 3. Technically Proficient: You have a visceral sense of how technology at large is evolving and how it impacts our customer’s life. You have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built. 4. Thrive in an environment of fast feedback loops, constantly evolving customer preferences in a fast-moving industry with a mindset of rapid prototyping and iteration. 5. 4+ years of PM experience 6.
