OverviewWe are looking for a high-reaching and enthusiastic individual excited to expand their current gaming industry knowledge or learn the industry. The Historical Horse Racing (HHR) Product Market Manager (PMM) is customer and sales facing, responsible for collecting market intelligence, crafting product strategy, and educating the IGT sales staff on new products.
In addition to customers and the sales staff, the PMM works with nearly every department at IGT including game development studios, compliance, research, and marketing to ensure the success of IGT’s products.
This position will be responsible for helping the business grow by understanding customer’s needs and working with internal partners to support in the development of products that meet those needs and are aligned with IGT’s business goals.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with cross functional teams. Our ideal candidates should combine a technical background with an interest in the Casino Industry.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Director Sales Strategy, HHR Product Management.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,177-$156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
