Overview

We are looking for a high-reaching and enthusiastic individual excited to expand their current gaming industry knowledge or learn the industry. The Historical Horse Racing (HHR) Product Market Manager (PMM) is customer and sales facing, responsible for collecting market intelligence, crafting product strategy, and educating the IGT sales staff on new products.

In addition to customers and the sales staff, the PMM works with nearly every department at IGT including game development studios, compliance, research, and marketing to ensure the success of IGT’s products.


This position will be responsible for helping the business grow by understanding customer’s needs and working with internal partners to support in the development of products that meet those needs and are aligned with IGT’s business goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with cross functional teams. Our ideal candidates should combine a technical background with an interest in the Casino Industry.

This role will report directly to the Sr. Director Sales Strategy, HHR Product Management.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Historical Horse Racing Product Line Directly support the Sales team and customers with technical product questions and recommend game configurations and mix Act as a liaison between the salesforce, the market, and R&D experts for specific configuration and game-related inquiries Build and assist Sales with strategic customer product presentations Collect and present critical market and competitive intelligence with executive, product, and studio teams Lead monthly product release calls for the sales teams to deliver key messages and strategy Promote the product strategy and come up with efficient ways of ensuring the message is getting incorporated into the market Key stakeholder in product rollouts, assisting as needed with rollouts in region, including game configurations, casino locations, and product positioning within the casino Prepare the Sales Team and complete customer demonstrations during pre-G2E, G2E and tradeshows Assist the Research Team as a customer and player liaison for player research projects that test game and player preferences in the support of providing actionable input on games in development Objectively analyze IGT and competitor products in the field to present to executive and studio teams Creation of Product Focus Cards (Roadmaps, Configurations, Images) to walk both the sales team and customer through product strategy Review Salesforce and SAP to make sure everything is aligned with all orders Assists with leading the HHR readiness logistics calls weekly with Operations, Global Order Management, Manufacturing, Compliance, etc. Other ad-hoc related HHR items


Work Location:
This position can be 100% remote anywhere in the US, but ideally looking for someone to be based out of Reno, NV, Las Vegas, NV or Egg Harbor, NJ.

Requirements

Minimum Experience:

Product Management and/or Casino operations experience strongly encouraged Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical Must be able to professionally communicate internally and with customers Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects in parallel Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Strategic and collaborative team player Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and tenacity Virtual and in-person presentation abilities Previous strategic product management experience considered an asset Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends Travel as required to meet business objectives (5-10%)


Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or equivalent 5+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job such as those listed above Experience in working in matrix organizations coordinating assignments from multiple stakeholders Keys to Success

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,177-$156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
