Product Manager Intern – (Oracle Linux and Virtualization)

Intern Role intended for current students (BS/MS/PhD) AND enrolled in a full-time degree program after completion of the internship.

Available internship dates: May 19 – August 8, 2025​ and June 16 – September 5, 2025

The Team:

The Corporate Architecture organization develops core technologies used to build the autonomous, secure, and intelligent Oracle Cloud. These technologies enable companies of all sizes to innovate faster, improve customer engagement, and defend and protect every aspect of the enterprise to redefine how businesses compete in a digital world.

Corporate Architecture works with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, augmented reality, blockchain, IoT, chatbots, and human interface technology. We are also developing other innovative technology, such as core to edge security services, modern cloud native applications, opensource database, identity management, opensource development tools, secure remote access tools, virtualization, and sophisticated operating systems. In addition, we build mission critical, ultra-high performance, integrated compute and storage systems with embedded software and management services. Our organization continually looks out three to five years and beyond to define next-generation cloud technologies.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a candidate who is able, passionate, and willing to learn about the operating systems, infrastructure software automation technologies and the related business/market landscape. 

Objective Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for a Product Manager Intern position, the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below must be met. Please ensure the application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs. 

Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field during the 2025-2026 school year. Have completed at least your junior year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2025. Are proficient (e.g., can complete coding projects without any assistance) in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C, C++, Python, SQL, Go, C# Have academic course work, projects, internships, and/or research experience in one or more of the following Computer Science areas: Data Structures / Algorithms Cloud Computing Computer Systems / Distributed Systems /Embedded Systems / Operating Systems Database Systems/Design Object Oriented Design Have academic course work, work experience, or completed project research in one or more of the following Business Management areas (or equivalents): Business Analytics Business Strategy Excel Operations Research Optimization Attend a university in the US and/or reside in the US. Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2025.

Other Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3.0 GPA Hands-on experience with Linux and/or virtualization software
