Product Manager Lead, Navigation

Sr. Product Manager, Next Gen Navigation

As a key member of our team, you'll be the bridge between customer desires and groundbreaking product features. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and deliver unparalleled navigation experiences that set new standards in the automotive industry.

You Will:

· Spearhead and champion the development of a next generation navigation product strategy, from conception to execution, ensuring buy-in from internal and external stakeholders

· Collaborate with senior management, engineering teams, analysts, product designers, and suppliers to define and implement system-level requirements

· Lead the creation and management of product roadmaps that position Lucid at the forefront of live 3D navigation systems integrated directly with ADAS perception data

· Synthesize market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize features

· Manage product lifecycles from strategic planning to deployment and end-of-life

· Partner with marketing, sales, and business development teams to create and distribute product information and training materials

· Conduct and maintain up-to-date competitive analysis and technology trend reports

· Represent Lucid at trade shows, customer visits, and product demonstrations

Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience in product planning for consumer electronics or automotive products

· Strong understanding of location-based systems, mapping and routing technologies

· Extensive background in building and launching customer facing automotive infotainment products

· Familiarity with ADAS perception and sensor data

· Proven track record in product management, engineering, strategy, and business development

· Passion for high-quality and innovative user experiences

· Experience with Agile software development methodologies

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple high-quality products for consumer or automotive markets

· Understanding of embedded hardware, software, and system architectures

· Proficiency in leveraging business intelligence and analytics for data-driven decision making

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Software, Electrical, Computer), or related field; advanced degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with IoT, wearables, digital assistants, and smart connected devices

· Knowledge of EV and connected vehicle technologies

· Familiarity with ISO 26262 or other automotive product development processes

· Experience working with regulatory agencies

· Background in Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning

· Understanding of wireless technologies and cloud-based services
