Lidl US is searching for the next Product Manager to join our team! The Product Manager will drive the development and execution of marketing and advertising technical products and solutions. They will create and manage the roadmap for Martech and Adtech solutions in an agile environment, focusing on automating processes and enhancing personalized marketing communications. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and integration partners to prioritize initiatives based on business objectives and customer needs. Additionally, the Product Manager is responsible for cross-team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and staying updated on industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.
** This position reports to our Headquarters in Arlington, VA on a hybrid 3-day schedule.
What You’ll Do
Essential Functions
Effectively manage projects and project timelines while working independently and collaboratively to achieve short, medium, and long-term departmental visionsEvaluate industry best practices and monitor developments and innovations within the retail sector particular to their business that may be beneficial to the daily operations of the organizationAnalyze and evaluate projects and develop ideas and/or practical solutions for streamlining business processesDrive the development and execution of technical products and solutionsCreate and manage the roadmap in an agile environment, collaborating with internal teams and partners to prioritize initiatives aligned with business goalsLead UX strategy for our website and app, conducting research to enhance user experienceDevelop and execute a comprehensive user experience (UX) strategy for the company's website and mobile app, aligning with business goals and customer needsWork closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, IT and software development teams to implement user-centric design principles and ensure seamless integration of UX enhancementsConduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user behavior data to identify opportunities for UX improvements and enhancementsEffectively set and manage budgets for roadmap initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a measurable return on investments (ROI) Analyze the performance of roadmap items and marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROIEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data governance standardsWhat You’ll Need

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, grocery, or related Business-to-Consumer (B2C) industryProficiency with Google Analytics (GA4)Knowledge of HTML, SQL, and AMPScriptExperience with e-commerce and home delivery platformsExpertise in SEO, optimizations, and strategiesFamiliarity with CRM systemsExperience with Google Ad Products, such as DV360Proficiency with Azure Databricks
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field3-5 years of experience in a related field In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
