Product owner/manager
Algunas de sus funciones en el día a día serán:
- Rol de Scrum master
- Crear y refinar historias y Epics
- Conectar y gestionar las partes interesadas
- Definir y gestionar experimentos para reunir suficiente conocimiento rápidamente
- Documentar resultados, aprendizajes y decisiones
- Colaborar con todas las competencias, incluida la empresa, como parte de un solo equipo (BPEDX)
- Identificar los obstáculos lo antes posible y encontrar soluciones alternativas para alcanzar los objetivos.
Habilidades que nos gustaría encontrar
- Experiencia como Product owner/manager con mentalidad lean/agile/product
- Experiencia trabajando en soluciones de plataforma/marketplaces
- Experiencia como Scrum master
- Proactividad y capacidad para desbloquear bloqueos
- Nivel de inglés C1
- Experiencia preparando y organizando sesiones colaborativas con competencias cruzadas
- Experiencia experimentando rápidamente y con mentalidad de startup
