We are seeking a Product Manager for our Privileged Access Management product line to join our team for this remote opportunity out of Costa Rica! 

Job Summary

Imprivata is looking for a Product Manager to join our Privileged Access Security team. In this role you will help ensure that our current and future products meet both the company’s and customers’ technical and operational needs through helping define the roadmap and playing a critical role in product lifecycle management. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams on execution of the product strategy and delivery of product features and improvements. This role is market and customer facing and will require working closely with customers, partners and developing market expertise in order to help guide product strategy.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesContinuous discovery to understand customers’ technical, security and administrative needs. This will include customer and analyst interviews and briefings, market and competitive research and attendance at some industry events. Be the Voice of the CustomerArticulate internal, customer and market requirements into product requirements documentationPrioritize product features into a roadmap that meets market and business goals, and drive delivery of that roadmap with Product Owners, Product Design, and EngineeringAct as a Product Owner, working closely with engineering and scrum teams to effectively plan and execute workCollaborate closely with Product Design and Technical Documentation to ensure clear, intuitive user interfaces and product documentationCollaborate directly with the Customer Experience teams to ensure product alignment with the full customer journey

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with at least 2+ years’ experience as a software product managerKnowledge of established industry standards for privileged access and/or remote access securitySolid understanding of TCP/IPExperience working with B2B business modelsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAt Imprivata, we have a top-notch work environment, developmental opportunities, a competitive total rewards package, and the desire to have fun.
