As a Product Manager in Trust and Safety, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.   Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Lead efforts to migrate fraud screening capabilities from legacy systems to modern, optimized platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced fraud detection Defines and implements strategic plans for early-stage fraud screening solutions that help clients detect and mitigate risks  Partners with engineering teams to design and deliver advanced fraud screening checkpoints that improve efficiency and reduce processing delays Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute migration roadmaps, ensuring minimal disruption and optimized fraud detection performance Identifies opportunities to enhance scalability, resiliency, and operational efficiency in fraud detection and payment processing platforms Incorporates client feedback and industry best practices to continuously refine fraud detection workflows and improve user experience Leverages data-driven insights to drive innovation in fraud prevention, aligning platform capabilities with client needs and emerging trends Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Experience with large-scale system migrations and optimizations in a payments or financial services environment Strong ability to collaborating with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into scalable product solutions Exceptional communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders on strategic priorities Analytical mindset with demonstrated success in leveraging data insights to improve fraud detection capabilities and user outcomes Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects with competing priorities Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Expertise in fraud screening technologies, including rule-based and machine learning models for risk management Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations related to fraud prevention and payment processing Proven ability to manage ambiguity and align technical and business priorities effectively Familiarity with trends in payment and fraud prevention technologies, including real-time fraud detection tools
