Product Manager PI PAD/ESKD 【Medicon】
**Job Description Summary** Product Manager PI PAD/ESKD Summary of Position with General Responsibilities: PI PV Product Manager (PM) will be given a primary responsibility in commercial activity for the specific products/product groups he/she is assigned. The PM shall formulate and implement marketing strategy to maximize commercial outcome and work with multiple functional teams to enable successful product launches while maintaining seamless supply for existing products. In addition, PM shall establish local KOLs in order to build market awareness for the disease/treatment arena and grow/enhance accessibility to the market. This position shall assist sale teams with the high-level knowledge and expertise including market research/development, new product launch/marketing strategy, product training/professional training, market intelligence, clinical data and promotional materials etc,. The person in this position can be based in either Tokyo or Osaka. **Job Description** •Drive top line by working closely with sales team while maintaining the business profitability and Gross Profit (GP) targets. •Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to maximize commercial outcome by working closely with internal functional teams: e.g. sales managers, trainers. •Work with/Establish KOLs via developing strong relationship in order to execute business unit strategy. •Work with sales trainers and build training programs for local sales teams and distributor reps to penetrate critical marketing messages, such as product positioning and competition analysis. •Build marketing plan for responsible products and obtain management approval as needed. See ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies. •Obtain & update market insight by visiting current customers as well as prospects. •Prepare a new product launch plan and obtain management approval. Take an ownership for domestic product launch initiative. •Expand market through customer education and enlightenment of appropriate use. •Plan and execute events such as academic conferences, exhibitions, seminars and BD&Medicon-sponsored events for building and maintaining key customer relationship. **Desired key competency** •Creative, open personality that creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful. Capable of handling multi tasks. **Required Qualifications:** •Successful experience in healthcare marketing(minimum 3-5 years in a marketing role). •Successful experience of convincing customers with value proposition of product and service among several competitors. •Experience to design and organize conferences, and make concrete results to expand the market by promoting its activities. •Superior communication skills and presentation skills including ability to train internal and external people. •English skill (business level). •Ability to proceed the marketing plans using the basic marketing frameworks, from the market research through to the execution planning. •Proactive and results oriented. •Solid PC skills, including use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint **Primary Work Location** JPN Tokyo - Minato-ku **Additional Locations** JPN Osaka **Work Shift** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
