Product Manager Residential Access EMEIA

We will consider applicants from any Europe location, provided that you are within a reasonable distance of an ASSA ABLOY location and an international airport. You will be required travel approximately 20% of your time in this role

 

What you would do as Product Manager Residential Access EMEIA

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the IoT industry. Converting Market Needs: Act as the primary interface with market stakeholders to convert market needs and feedback into actionable product requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and prioritised. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in conjunction with engineering teams to guide and support the product development process, ensuring successful execution of the product lifecycle. Product Launch: Alongside the Product Marketing Manager, develop and execute product launch strategies to guarantee a successful market entry. Customer Feedback: Continuously collect and evaluate customer and market feedback to refine product features and enhance the overall product experience. Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the IoT market. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of our products and make data-driven decisions.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in Product Management, Engineering or similar Proven experience in working with electronic products Excellent communication skills, expert at influencing cross functional groups in a complex matrixed organization  Experience working with customer data and using it to drive product decisions  Proven record in troubleshooting. Willingness to learn and adapt. Proven experience in managing electronic products from initial concept to end of life is a plus Prior experience with Jira or other tools used to manage agile software development is a plus Prior experience working with international teams is a plus Full Driving Licence Ability to speak & write fluent English
