Product Manager- Senior Associate, Zelle
Join Chase's New Payment Networks & Rails team as a dynamic Product Manager, where you'll leverage the trust and scale of Zelle to innovate instant payment solutions. As a Product Manager in the New Payment Networks & Rails team, you will play a crucial role in developing seamless and efficient instant payment solutions. Your work will directly impact how customers fund their accounts and initiate bill payments, bringing funds into the bank and enhancing their overall banking experience. **Job Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with other payment product teams to integrate new product offerings, unlocking capabilities and enabling funds inflow to the bank. + Own UX flows and infrastructure from discovery to delivery; work with engineers, architects, and designers to achieve optimal builds and customer experiences. + Develop and manage the product roadmap, mapping cross-impact, securing commitments, and driving execution across multiple teams. + Stay informed about the competitive environment, industry news, competitor features, and market developments. + Maintain a risk and controls-first mindset, partnering closely with legal, risk, compliance, and controls teams. + Ensure impeccable Jira hygiene and agile controls for transparency and structured work. + Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays proactively, initiating mitigation planning immediately. + Foster a business owner's mindset, taking responsibility for all elements of the flows you build. + Plan and manage releases and rollout plans. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, digital, product management, and/or Agile software development, with at least 3 years in a product role. + Strong knowledge of payment networks, rails, and market dynamics. + Self-starter with strong written/verbal communication skills and an iterative mindset. + Ability to remain calm under pressure and tight delivery timelines. + Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders. + Proven track record of managing risk and controls. + Highly collaborative and capable of managing large, complex, cross-functional projects. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + Advanced degree such as an MBA. + Strategy consulting experience in the Financial Services space. **To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
