As a Product Manager in Yotpo SMS & Email, you’ll be focused on driving adoption, engagement, and revenue growth across our product. Your mission will be to identify and execute high-impact opportunities that help eCommerce brands unlock more value from our platform—whether through better onboarding, increased automation, simplification or smarter upsell and expansion strategies.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, data, and customer success, to optimize the user journey, remove friction, and drive measurable business results. If you’re data-driven, customer-obsessed, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you!

 

What you’ll do

Own and define the growth roadmap for SMS & Email, focusing on activation, onboarding, retention, and expansion. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the customer journey through data analysis, experimentation, and user research. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build and optimize growth-focused features. Work with the data team to measure and analyze key growth metrics, using insights to inform strategy. Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.

 

What we’re looking for

3+ years of product management experience in a software company, preferably with a focus on growth, optimization, or monetization. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Experience working on conversion, onboarding, or engagement initiatives in a SaaS or eCommerce environment. Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, data, and sales teams. Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English. A passion for growth, experimentation, and making a measurable impact!
