Product Manager - SOUTH AMERICA
Job Description PR - 30-45/hr You will be working at a Top Consulting Firm on their GenAI project as a Product Manager, working with the team and reporting to the Product Owner. This is a year long contract and fully remote in South America: 1. Strategic Vision and Roadmap Planning  Collaborate with product owner on goals for squad, overall product success.  Skilled in prioritizing features and initiatives on a product roadmap to ensure incremental delivery and measurable outcomes.  Able to balance short-term wins with long-term product development strategies, ensuring continuous product evolution. 2. Experience with LLMs and/or other AI applications  Experience working on RAG solutions  Understanding of API solutions from frontier AI labs  Experience building customer-focused experiences supported by AI tools 3. Agile & Scrum Expertise  Demonstrated ability to serve in a Scrum Product Manager role, including creating and refining user stories to ensure meaningful, on time feature delivery.  Familiar with Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) and best practices for iterative and incremental delivery.  Effective at coordinating with Scrum Leads, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of sprints and timely delivery of product increments. 4. Analytical and Data-Driven Decision-Making  Comfortable identifying and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and leveraging analytics tools to gauge product success.  Uses quantitative insights to guide roadmap decisions and validate or refine hypotheses.  Emphasizes evidence-based prioritization and continuous learning through data-driven feedback loops We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
