Product Manager Staff

Responsibilities

Build a deep understanding of PTX, MX and QFX product lines and become an expert on requirements for both internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to manage the overall business for routing and silicon, including AIDE, CRDC and AWAN business units, and the core technology group, sales, supply chain, and marketing and operations. Understand Juniper's business, what creates value, what solutions are economically viable, define priorities, and articulate commercial cases for decisions. Evangelize the value of the solution to build awareness internally and externally Translate business objectives into opportunities for innovation, including business models through functional and technical requirements Drive feature enhancements with internal teams based on roadmap and requirements Drive go-to-market activities working with the sales and marketing team Provide guidance in defining clear product roadmaps, setting objectives, and achieving milestones.


 

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in leading SONiC products M.S in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline 7+ years of working experience in network product management or similar function 3+ Years' experience managing routing product lines and teams for the SP and enterprise segments Industry experience in Networking and routing Experience in data modeling, process mapping and specification documentation Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining system processes and procedures Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions Knowledgeable of customer support process, data, portal, automation & integration methods Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex and nuanced material to audiences ranging from executive to technical and operational at all levels. Flexibility to work across time zones as needed to engage with all global stakeholders

 

 

Minimum Salary: $159,200.00

Maximum Salary:$228,850.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $159,200.00 and $228,850.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
