In conjunction with the global Product Management team, the Product Manager will define, support, improve and communicate the value proposition of Tensar solutions to internal and external stakeholders in the Western Hemisphere (WH). This role will also serve as commercial voice in cross-functional business initiatives, including with technology, operations, sales and marketing, and other teams, and actively participate in the development of new offerings for Tensar.
What You'll Do Assist with defining and executing the vision, strategy and roadmap for Tensar solutions to align with company objectives, and communicate to all stakeholders Define and measure key performance indicators for success Collaborate with marketing to define a clear, concise value proposition to the market for Tensar solutions and define messaging, content and collateral to support the value proposition Support commercialization and launch of new products and applications in WH Define specification strategy to develop a strong position for Tensar in the market Conduct market research using established voice of customer frameworks and best practices. Regularly engage with customers to collect data to discover needs and gain product insights and communicate them throughout the organization. Identify market needs and customer problems that may translate into new technologies, features or services for CMC Prepare and communicate business case to facilitate development of new opportunities Work with technology to commercialize research to support and enhance the value proposition of Tensar solutions, including preparation of sales materials Prepare and deliver technical presentations at internal and external meetings and workshops Work with product management on evaluating price lists and pricing strategy What You'll Need Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or product management in the construction industry Ability to influence, motivate and direct a large, cross-functional teams that do not report directly in to this position Proficient in working with diverse teams and external service providers Strong communication and presentation skills required (verbal, written, listening) Organized with the ability to manage complex and detailed information Good understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction. Your Education Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required PE (Professional Engineer) License is a plus Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA preferredWe are Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 company with a family feel that’s already part of your life.
