Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch performance. This includes product strategy, new product development, and in-line product management for the Truck portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. The Product Manager is also accountable for supporting profitable growth and achieving sustainability objectives in alignment with Trane Technologies’ overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends in the truck refrigeration industry.Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals for new product development. Own updating and maintaining pricing, marketing material and product offering after launch.Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new truck refrigeration products and features.Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the product.Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.Use customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.Develop compelling communication around the value proposition and differentiation to competitive offers and or alternative solutions. Possess a deep understanding of organizational culture and effectively navigates across various organizational boundaries.Oversee the execution of comprehensive demand planning for truck product lines, utilizing insights from industry, market, and competitor analyses.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 3-5 years of product management, sales, or other relevant experience.Ability to travel up to 25%.Understanding of sustainability principles and a commitment to achieving sustainability objectives in alignment with the company’s overall strategy and goals.Excellent organization skills and flexibility to handle a variety of time sensitive tasks and projects.Demonstrated ability to provide effective support on a broad range of activities requiring attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of the transport refrigeration business and trucking industry preferred, but not required.Location: Minneapolis, MN.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $130,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
