We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Join a dynamic and innovative team at PayPal Braintree where we're dedicated to empowering merchants worldwide through our cutting-edge payments orchestration product suite. You'll collaborate closely with talented individuals across engineering, GTM, marketing, strategic business development, finance and operations to drive impactful solutions that help enhance our merchant’s payment ecosystem.

Your Way to Impact:

As the Product Manager for Vault, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the requirements and building features and capabilities that elevate our payments orchestration product suite. You'll have the opportunity to shape our product strategy, execute on strategic initiatives and solve complex merchant problems. Your work will directly impact the experiences of merchants globally, enabling them to seamlessly expand their payment capabilities through a single integration.

Your Day to Day:

Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the Braintree Vault platform, aligning with broader organization goals.Engage with cross-functional product teams, partners, and customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating these insights into actionable product requirements.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, effectively manage timeline communication to stakeholders. Ensure timeline commitments are met and high-quality product is deliveredDiscover, document and effectively communicate product development requirements to engineering. Establish clear product acceptance criteria for product launches.Track and analyze product metrics to measure success and inform future product decisions.Working with an agile scrum team, demonstrate a genuine and passionate desire to execute on detailed requirements or user stories as well as ruthlessly prioritize backlog.Partner strongly with Engineering to drive product development with an iterative approach to continually build, release, and improve end to end solutions and achieve outcomes.

What You Need to Bring:

5+ years of product management experience in the tech space, preferably in fintech or payments-related.Proven track record for building, launching, and maintaining high-scale, successful products.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a passion for driving innovation and customer satisfaction.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, with a focus on delivering measurable impact and driving business growth.Previous startup experience is preferred.
