These products are critical to Target’s success as they create the end-to-end vendor experience for all brand types and throughout all stages of their relationship with Target. The vendor platform team is responsible for products that enable vendor data management, vendor support, and shared services that are used by teams across the enterprise. **Role Overview** As the **Product Manager – Vendor Platform** you will work in the product model and will collaborate with your product team and key stakeholders to develop a plan and business objectives (OKRs) for the web platform capabilities including shared components, common utilities, and infrastructure. You will take an active role in advocating for and supporting the onboarding of new domain teams to the platform while participating in platform governance routines that set the standards and procedures for the platform. You will need to build a strong knowledge of your product through product discovery to collect user feedback and work to collect other relevant data points that explain the value and help you prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver the product roadmap. **About you** : + **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus. + **Experience & Expertise:** 6+ years in Product management, including experience with platform and shared service products.
