Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.

Job Summary 

Coordinate with Product Management, Analytics and Engineering teams to create, prioritize and support product execution. 

Research and analysis on user requirements, evaluation of tools and processes, supporting UAT testing, business training and documentation. 

Develop and execute data/AI roadmap. 

  

Qualifications 

Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.  

Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc. 

Preferred majors: Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics.  

Data science tools and techniques. 

Proficient in Excel, Data Analytics tools, Power BI, and SQL 

Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.   

Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.  

Collaborative and able to influence without authority. 

Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally. 

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.
