Manager, Product Management

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB’s offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid OR #LI-Remote depending on commutability to New Berlin, WI location You will be mainly accountable for:•\tOwn technical specifications and lead OEM product life cycle management while acting as the technical interface between local markets and internal teams, supporting sales with product and technical expertise.•\tCreate demand through technical promotion and value-based selling, understanding customer needs and maintaining strong relationships.•\tPrepare business plans for market development, implement pricing policies, and monitor competitive offerings.•\tCollaborate with product management and marketing to define market communication strategies and plan product launches.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s Degree with minimum 8 years of work experience OR Associate's Degree with mini-mum 10 years experience OR High School Diploma with minimum 12 years experience working n a complex global business environment.\tProven expertise in the application and integration of PLCs and HMIs.\tProgressive experience in product management and customer relationship management re-quired. \tProven track record of cross functional collaboration, excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic mindset with a passion to drive business results required.\tExcellent written and spoken communication skills in English required with a travel expectation of up to 10%Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
