The Neo1 team at American Express GBT is a full-stack innovation hub, and is looking to accelerate the growth of our spend management platform while maintaining engagement of our rapidely growing customer base of SME’s. To enable this growth while maintaining engagement objectives we are looking for a new member to join our Product Marketing team focused on customer engagement & retention. The Product marketing team at Neo1 has done an exceptional job over the past few years digitally aquiring businesses and setting the standard of how a product lead marketing experience needs to work at scale.
What we're looking for
3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer engagement, or retention-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.Expectional written and spoken english skillsSolid presentation skills Proven track record of driving successful customer engagement and retention strategies.·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and customer analytics software.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.Experience in Spend Management or FinTech SaaS products.Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, engagement tools, and advocacy platforms.Strong understanding of SaaS metrics like CAC, CLV, Retention, NRR, and churn.What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase product usage, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction.Design strategies to improve customer retention rates, including activation programs, in-app messaging / wizzards (ChrunZero / FD), sorround sound Collaborate with the Product team to ensure consistent alignment between product offerings and marketing initiatives.Matain standards for communication, and drive cinsistenc, professionalism and relevenace to our target audence and customersHelp curate and where needed create customer-centric content, including tutorials, webinars, whitepapers, and guides, to enhance product understanding.Monitor customer engagement metrics, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.Partner with Customer Success to understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.#GBTJobs
