Product Marketing Engineer

The Product Marketing Engineer will have a crucial role as someone who duals in the knowledge of the technical components of products and services, as well as understand how to work to make them appeal to customers. This position will work closely with internal and external personnel to properly depict the technical / engineered side of the product(s) or service(s).
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Comprehensively lead the EP segment business growth.
+ Build deep insights of the key drivers to enable the business growth and enhance the business competitiveness. Build the strategy and develop the execution plan to materialize the key drivers.
+ Master segment-relevant sensor products and related technology be able to have the overview of Automobile market trend.
+ Study & Comprehensive Understand of field regulation as business driver and identify business potential
+ Develop & maintain business plan, managing product lifecycles, and product positioning in the market place
+ Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and achieve GM target.
+ Interfaces with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
+ Drive the cross-functional team (sales, FAE, PMT, Design Engineering) to jointly work on the key growth initiatives and the key opportunity.
+ Identify potential NBOs and support sales team for business closure
+ Acts as a technical advisor for specific product(s) assigned
+ Prepare market segmentation reports and Review marketing database on a regular basis;
+ Perform insightful competitor analysis and tactical action plans to gain market share, or defend base business.
**Position Requirements / Skills:**
+ in. 5 years of NEV working experience; PACK working experience is prefer
+ High market sensitivity and insight
+ Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
+ Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
+ Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
+ Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
+ Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
+ Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
+ Deep technical knowledge in transmission development is a plus;
# Education:
+ preferably Engineering based.
**General Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the technical aspects of product marketing
+ Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives
+ Conducts continuous research and provide updates on competitor products
+ Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products
+ Contribute towards the creation of marketing content in collaboration with corporate marketing
+ Promote the product within the company, the distribution channel, and to the market and end users
+ Analyze industries, applications, features, competition, and trends
+ Effectively communicate with all stakeholders including engineering, marketing and sales staff
+ Help define the product roadmap (objectives) in collaboration with engineering
+ Provide timely response to inquiries from customers and field teams regarding products, pricing, and other information
+ Work with the sales and business planning teams to drive to financial targets for the product line
+ Work with the product line managers to prepare new product proposals
+ Develop relationships with partners and complementary product vendors, to make sure that our products are well positioned in the market
+ Drive new product development activities, identifying critical issues and working with engineering teams to solve them
**Experience / Qualifications**
+ A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
+ Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
