YOUR ROLE 

We are looking for candidates who are interested in the Product & Marketing area and are available for a Group Assessment at our Headquarters on February 4th. We are looking for internships in these macro-areas: 

 

Brand Management: You will have the chance to give your contribution in launching new Brand or retail banner marketing strategy, from ideation to implementation, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing EssilorLuxottica's portfolio of brands presence in the word.

 

Strategic Product management: you will have the chance to support the product manager to define brand product strategy and consequent execution, partnering with brand in license or house brand.

 

Performance marketing: you will support our Performance Marketing team on:

Campaign planning and execution across different platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Criteo); Prepare accurate reports on performance marketing campaigns to check the overall performance; Do data analysis to optimize towards E-Commerce and Retail brand objectives

Digital marketing:  You will have to support the updating of marketing story telling contents on the main corporate digital platforms. The resource will work with different internal stakeholders (mainly with all brand managers) to collect briefs and specific needs and to ensure that brand contents are updated and delivered in the best way on the different B2B and B2C digital platforms.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

 

You will provide weekly and monthly business analysis of category trends, consumption, competitive brands, production and inventory management. You will help develop appropriate business plans by analysing business segments, targets or other opportunities. You will prepare ad hoc summary documentation to expose to your manager and team with your analysis, providing insights and suggestions Creation of collection presentation to train and support markets, retailers and sales force Prepare Top management collection review decks Support the coordination of New Products Introduction development process from designs to final product, coordinating with brand License throughout all the steps (drawings approval, product approval & sku definition) You will support the coordination of the shipments, learning how the Logistic Management is important to make sure that our products are always ready for our customers Teamwork is key. You will be collaborating with internal and external resources, including agency partners, to develop effective & impactful plan Identify brand key points and related connections with the group’s sustainability roadmap Propose strategic solutions for a 360° sustainable roadmap development approach with a mid-long-term vision Evaluate data that emerge from the sustainability performance evaluation dashboard and be proactive in choosing improvement strategies to be proposed as solution to brands
