Love food? Amazon is looking for a detail oriented Marketing Manager to join the Grocery partnerships team. Our team enables customers to shop the selection from grocery stores on Amazon.com and receive their order via same-day delivery. In this role, you will own onsite marketing, innovate on behalf of customers and our Grocery partners and change the way people buy groceries. This is an exciting opportunity to take on ownership in a fast growing business and work largely autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable driving projects at the heart of Grocery Partnerships. We are looking for a marketing generalist to own merchant storefronts on Amazon.com. You will be part of a high-functioning, fast-moving team responsible for delivering on strategic goals with direct impact for our customers.
Job Location: Seattle, WA, Arlington, VA or New York, NY
Key job responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy for Grocery partners, tactically driving teams inside (e.g. Account Managers, Product Managers, BA etc.) and outside of your organization (merchant) to deliver.
Build best-in-class shopping experiences for our customers and merchant partners on Amazon (including storefront merchandising, promotion execution, and event ownership)
Project-manage initiatives end-to-end that require cross-functional work.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
