Product Marketing Manager, Service Solutions (Cambridge, MA)
As a Product Marketing Manager for Service Solutions in North America, you will have the opportunity to drive business results through the implementation of innovative marketing initiatives in support of the broader Service Marketing strategy for the Diagnosis & Treatment business segment. You will leverage a deep understanding of the needs of the customer and sales team to provide insights and guidance on developing new service offers within the context of the Service Portfolio. **Your role:** + Cultivate a strong understanding of the commercial & service portfolios, customers, channels, and competitors to execute on a customer-focused approach for marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives. + Partner with cross-functional teams to effectively commercialize service portfolio offers ensuring end-to-end support from value prop creation through launch. + Create collateral in support of programs (inclusive of playbooks, pitch decks, data sheets, scripts, FAQs, competitive battle cards, etc.) designed in a manner that resonates with the sales team and customers. + Maintain repository of competitive intel & develop framework for relaying information to Sales teams on an ongoing basis. + Meet or exceed assigned key performance indicators including but not limited to service contract capture rate(s), service contract order intake and revenue, lead-specific metrics (MQLs/SQLs), win/loss analysis (leveraging Salesforce), etc. **You're the right fit if:** + You have a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree, preferred. + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in product marketing (or business marketing) management. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
