Product Marketing Manager - Community
Job Summary:
Product Marketing Manager – Community (Troy, MI or other unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.). Responsibilities include: Lead and manage a team to build modern, well architected web front-ends leveraging powerful front end and back-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, JavaScript, Python etc. Monitor ServiceNow usage, SLAs, and other key process metrics. Partner with designers and business leaders to provide a best-in-class customer experience for the Online Community Site. Engage with stakeholders to understand problems, test ideas, and refine workflows. Collaborate with technical, marketing and PR teams to evaluate solutions and work directly with business to identify, prioritize, and plan releases. Guide team through research, technical design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of software. Regularly share insights using tools like Google analytics, Power BI, Excel to the leadership team, to help in strategy evolution in a timely fashion. Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
Education/Experience Required:
Telecommuting permitted. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related. 12 months’ experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Software Engineer, or in a similar software development position. 12 months experience in: SQL; Development of custom apps using knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies; and Build master pages, page layouts, content types, and web parts using C#. University coursework must have included: Web application development in Spring MVC, Jquery, REST API; UX Design in web using CSS3, JavaScript; and Database Management and visualization using T-SQL, Power BI. 40 hrs/wk. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
