What we’re looking for:
Gartner Digital Markets is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth of our international online software marketplaces through world-class go to market strategies. This role will drive end to end go to market and product marketing execution for Gartner Digital Markets.
Why you’ll want to come to work:
Define go-to-market (GTM) messaging & positioning frameworks by translating technical, data-centric features into simple, compelling messages that resonate and stories that stick, with a deep emphasis on software marketing and sales decision-makers.
Develop joint sales and marketing campaigns by conducting closed/won analyses, keep up to date with competitors, and identify the differentiators that can keep our narrative fresh and our sellers on top.
Champion our customers’ needs to inform product strategy and roadmap. Work with the Product team to validate new product hypotheses and dream up GTM motions that can scale.
Quarterback product launches by building the plans to take new capabilities to market and align every team to execute on launch day and beyond.
Accelerate pipeline and drive product adoption - collaborate with Demand Gen and Partner Marketing teams to drive product adoption, upsell, and expansion of new and existing features.
Continually collaborate with channel leads to test and refine product messaging, ensuring that we are always delivering messaging that resonates with target audiences
Communicate key marketing initiatives and results to broader team and key external partners
Experience in developing strategies to support channel/campaign marketing launches
What you’ll bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Focus area in Marketing preferred.
5+ years’ relevant experience, ideally at a leading B2B technology company or online marketplace
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations, especially to executives
Creative problem solving skills. Someone who can diagnose problems, isolate them into their component parts, and drive towards creative solutions
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proficient in Google Slides, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, working closely with senior leadership
Skills in copywriting, product development, and/or public speaking are expected to be able to sell ideas well through creative and innovative presentations
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,000 USD - 107,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
