Product Marketing Manager

Vista Health is seeking an inspiring, dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the marketing for all our products and services. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the marketing strategy for both our direct-to-consumer services and B2B markets. From developing key messaging and product positioning, to executing go-to-market strategies and product campaigns, your work will ensure that our offerings reach and engage the right audiences. You will play a critical role in showcasing the unique value of our services, supporting business growth, and identifying exciting new opportunities.
This is a remote role, with occasional travel to InHealth sites. What you will do: Define and develop the core positioning and value propositions for our portfolio of services. Educate audiences on the benefits we deliver and differentiate our offerings from the competition. Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new services and clinics. Manage all aspects of the launch process, including messaging, sales enablement, customer communications, and campaign coordination. Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to develop integrated campaigns that meet our strategic objectives, from creative through to delivery and post-campaign reporting. Build strong relationships with our strategic partners, create joint marketing plans, and produce co-branded communications where appropriate to amplify our reach. Collaborate with Commercial Growth and Business Development teams to create engaging content that excites and educates our customers, drives awareness, and fuels sales and marketing success. Identify key trade events and conferences, ensuring Vista Health is well-represented and engaging with the right audience. Use data and metrics to drive performance improvements. Collaborate with channel specialists to optimise campaigns and drive the best possible outcomes. Provide regular updates on campaign progress, share insights, and ensure all teams are aligned and working toward common goals. About you: Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and adopt a “test and learn” approach. We love new ideas and exploring creative ways to innovate. Have great interpersonal skills allowing you to influence people at all levels, from senior management to colleagues in other departments. Use data to inform decisions, driving smarter marketing strategies that achieve results. Be able to take complex information and translate it into a straight up, easy to understand format. You will have experience of: Marketing or communications degree, or equivalent professional qualification. Working in high performance customer led marketing teams. Led the development and execution of integrated campaigns, using data and insights to inform your approach. Have experience with creating and implementing go-to-market plans that drive commercial success for new services and products. Working with, and managing, media and creative agencies. Working with key brand partners to build trusted relationships and mutual commercial benefits. Being meticulous in your approach, ensuring campaigns and plans are delivered as intended.
