Director and General Manager – Precision Power & Analog Outbound Marketing

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Managing the growth and profitability of the PPA business associated with all ETS (Eagle Test Systems) platforms through the P&L Development of processes and management of activities for the business development of the Precision Power & Analog core market segments, including power linear, power conversion, and discrete devices Development of the PPA mid-term plans, including the forward looking four year TAM, share, margins, and core investments required to execute the plan Product pricing strategy for the market, as well as working with sales on account discounting, including CDA review and approval to ensure rationalized pricing across the IDM and OSAT customer base Sponsorship and active support of design-ins including targeting, competitive differentiation, and resource allocation Development of competitive differentiation through sales and marketing collateral Coordination of key customer relationships and strategic engagement activities Synthesis of market and business results and forecast to support QBR, investor relations, and the executive management team Oversight of product management for the associated product lines: Forecasts required for capacity & surge planning, last time buys, and financial inventory reserves analysis: specifically for the ETS (Eagle Test Systems) & Lemsys product lines Product life cycle mgt decisions and communications ETS (Eagle Test Systems) MST & EV software product management

 

Basic Qualifications, Experience & Skills

 

At least 10 years of marketing and sales experience Technical background is preferred with strong analytical skills This position requires a person with very strong leadership, analytical, synthesis and integration skills. This role will require an extensive amount of integrating and visibility across all functions of the business and at all levels.

 

Education

BS, preferably in engineering or equivalent experience MBA preferred, or equivalent managerial experience
